Hi Thelma,
How are you? Thanks so much for writing. I apologize that it took so long to respond, but one of my other websites was hit hard by an internet virus, and I've been working day and night to get it back up and running. Libraries are a fond memory for me, too - not just from my early years when I visited to check out a book, but also from my two sons' elementary days, when we spent Saturday afternoons browsing through the bookshelves.

Congratulations on your plans to write a book someday. Feel free to write me when you're ready to get started. I can point you in the right direction for publishers, critique groups, online listservs, etc. Writing's a great thing, but it's even better when you network with other people who have the same "gift" as you!

Best wishes,
Rita Lorraine

Hi Rita,
This is a great tip and like you said the library is a great source for research,in my opinion, it is so underused. Library visits are a fond memory of my childhood. I have always loved to read, like poetry and writing. Hope to someday write a book. If the book writing ever gets to the top of my list of 'things to do' can I contact you for informaition on things like, getting published, disclaimers and the like? I acquired your book when you were on program at the Downtown Library, several years ago. Great book! Great job!

Hi Nanci,
I'm so glad the information I provided has helped you. Sorry it has been so long since I last posted, but we've been fighting some pretty wild weather here for the last month or so. Best wishes on your project, and if you ever need tips or suggestions, feel free to drop me a line.

Best wishes,

Rita Lorraine
